Lunch

Yesterday I was in such a hurry to get out the door, Evan was crying, and I was hungry. With Evan on one hip I slapped 2 pieces of bologna on a tortilla. Over that I sprinkled some mozzarella cheese. It went in the microwave for 30 seconds then I put Italian Pesto Salad dressing on it and rolled it up. That was my lunch. What was I thinking? I guess it was kind of good...who would have ever guessed?
