Here is a quick picture update from the last week:
We went to Illinois for my sister's graduation. Her diploma is actually signed...

Mom and Dad hosted a big open house in honor of Jodi's graduation and our baby on the way...


It was great to see a lot of friends and family all at the same time! Here is a picture of some of my friends from High School...


After the open house, my dad built a fire at our house. We sat around and listened to Dad & Danny play music, ate s'mores, and just enjoyed being at "home." Here is Jake & Melissa enjoying the warmth of the fire...




I got to spend mother's day with my mom. I don't have a good picture of her and I so here is a picture of my dad with his mom and 2 sisters...





Coming back to Gainesville was bitter sweet. The only thing I dislike about Florida is not seeing my friends and family as often as I would like. But, it was nice to come home to the palm trees and my new friends.

This weekend was sad. I had to say goodbye to my friend Jen that I work with. She took a new job in Atlanta so she's taking off with her career. We have become great friends in the last year and I'm really gonna miss her...

Last Saturday Joel and I took a day trip with our good friends Matt & Ashley who have a son, Noah, that is almost one. The purpose of our trip was to check out a new church plant in Tampa but we also took time to stop by the beach. This was Noah's first reaction to the water...

But he was okay with it when Matt got down in the sand to play with him...

Joel and I are looking forward to our trip home next weekend. Hopefully we'll see a lot of you there!
