Winter in Florida
The high today was 58. When I went to work this morning I had on a fleece and was comfortable. I laughted at the guy in his winter parka, hat, and gloves. It is supposed to get down to 28 tonight so we may need to cover our plants. Joel loves this but I'm ready for it to get back in the 70s! We're headed north on Saturday, stopping through Alabama to see the The Searby's and then on to Illinois to see the Raymer's. The purpose of our trip is to meet our new nephew!!! We are SO excited!!! Although, I'm not so excited about winter in Illinois.

David laughed at the guys in India when it got down to 50-60 degrees and they had their coats and stocking hats! So will you be stopping through Springfield? Hope so . . . just let us know! Be safe traveling! Kristin

no worries...the sun got the snow yesterday...the opportunity to peg joel in the face with an icy snowball has melted away. (of course it would be a snowball packed with love)

I wish I were in FL right now! Over the past four weeks I've been in CO it has snowed every weekend! Enjoy those 70's!
