I totally feel your pain! I feel like we are back to the first month with Torah. She has 6 teeth now, she got her bottom 2 last month and they just keep coming. We've tried a ton of stuff, but a cold wash cloth and baby orajel work for us. I try not to use tylenol, but if she is in pain we give her that, but just at night. Also, have you seen those little mesh things, you can put frozen melon or grapes in them, they work great during the day. Good Luck!

I don't know any real good advice on teething, it's been awhile for us! (but I think the stuff you can rub on the gums does help) But I did meet a friend of yours tonight, Michael Kilgallin, the new president of Crossroads College. He spoke at the BB banquet tonight. He was almost speechless when I told him we know you guys!! He speaks very highly of both of you, so Hi from him and us!!
Love Pam & Dave

Kinsey is teething too! Fortunately no 3 am wake up calls yet : ) I used the Hylands Teething Tablets with Jackson and they seem to work for Kinsey too. You can find them in the vitamin isle at Walmart. They seem to take the edge off so they can sleep and I usually give them to her about 1/2-1 hour before naps, etc. And if she is really inconsolable (especially right before bed), I use Tylenol or Motrin. I found with Jackson that Motrin was actually a little more beneficial than Tylenol when we were really in the heat of it. I tried orajel with Jackson, but it just made him mad because the numbing was so unnatural. Hope the poor guys feels better soon! Love, The Jarretts

Motrin before bed and a big glob of orajel in the middle of the night! We feel your pain. Paxton is working on his 8th tooth and he still wakes up in the middle of the night occassionally screaming (last Saturday and Monday night). The orajel is a shocker for him at first, but after about 5-10 minutes he gets quiet and usually falls back to sleep. I try not to get him out of the crib because that only prolongs the going back to sleep process.
I hope that helps! :) Good luck!

I've found my iPod and noise canceling headsets work wonders for teething...I'm not sure of the science behind it though :)

No good advice other than this too shall pass, but I love the new pictures of Evan. He and Olivia are doing all the same things. She has slept through the night from her first days home and all of a sudden--up every night crying. She has two bottom teeth in good, but there are four in the middle on the top coming in all at the same time. Tom and Jen are exhausted. Maybe I should share some of the good tips your friends have posted here with them :-)
